Exchange policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request an exchange or refund under the conditions below.

Request Period
You may request an exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unworn and unwashed

• With all original tags attached

• In the original packaging

• You must submit clear photos of:

  • The front of the product

  • The back of the product

  • The packaging

  • The label/tag

Requests without photos may be rejected.

Exchange & Refund Fees
A fee of 110 EGP will be deducted from the product price to cover return shipping and handling.
Please note: your original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–5 working days.
